電力電纜橋架材料的分類

電氣安裝工程中，電纜橋架是一個必不可少的部分，其設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化程度及橋架材料的選擇，直接關(guān)系到電纜橋架的安裝質(zhì)量。
電纜橋架材料選定：電纜橋架材質(zhì)有很對，其中最為常見的是金屬電纜橋架，其工藝最為簡單，生產(chǎn)成本比較低，但存在很多缺點(diǎn)：使用壽命
短，容易腐蝕等。從當(dāng)前的電纜橋架發(fā)展來看，在金屬材料基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的有不銹鋼以及碳鋼版，一般彈碳鋼板帶有防腐蝕材料，包括鍍鋅，
噴漆等。

再次是玻璃鋼材料橋架。除了有傳統(tǒng)橋架的剛性外，還有韌性比較好等特點(diǎn)，比較適合惡劣環(huán)境及重栽的情況下使用。
最后介紹防火電纜橋架。是一種組火材料配合下的新型復(fù)合電纜橋架，其耐火性能可以達(dá)到兩個小時。
