新型復(fù)合電纜橋架研究

     目前市場(chǎng)上比較好點(diǎn)的電纜橋架，屬于玻璃鋼材料制作的，但隨著市場(chǎng)的不斷發(fā)展，玻璃鋼橋架造價(jià)高，不環(huán)保等缺點(diǎn)也開始凸顯出來，雖然玻璃鋼電纜橋架能很好地做阻燃，但在遇到明火時(shí)能產(chǎn)生大量的濃煙，也建筑的消防安全造成很大的安全隱患。
    當(dāng)前物價(jià)不斷上漲，通貨膨脹嚴(yán)重，電纜橋架的原材料漲價(jià)給低水平的傳統(tǒng)電纜橋架帶來巨大的沖擊，傳統(tǒng)橋架工藝水平低，制作簡(jiǎn)單，因此是一種附加值較低的產(chǎn)品，從價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的角度分析，傳統(tǒng)的電纜橋架并沒有創(chuàng)造多少價(jià)值。
    本文研究一種高分子和無機(jī)阻燃燒材料的有機(jī)的防火環(huán)保材料電纜橋架。
    它從市場(chǎng)需求出發(fā)，主要從以下幾方面作改進(jìn)提高：
    (1)傳統(tǒng)電纜橋架變形問題。
  （2）提高電纜橋架防火、防水性能的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
  （3）電纜橋架的蒸汽碳化養(yǎng)護(hù)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
    這種新型電纜橋架具有導(dǎo)熱系統(tǒng)低，組熱性能好，剛性好，重量輕。

At present, the better cable bridge in the market is made of glass steel. However, with the continuous development of the market, the cost of the FRP Bridge is high, and the disadvantages of environmental protection are also highlighted.

In this paper, a kind of organic fireproof and environmental protection material cable bridge with polymer and inorganic resistance combustion material is studied.
From the perspective of market demand, it improves mainly from the following aspects.
(1) the problem of the deformation of the traditional cable bridge.
(2) improve the key technology of fire protection and waterproof performance of cable tray.
(3) key technologies for steam carbonization maintenance of cable tray.
This new cable tray has low thermal conductivity, good thermal performance, good rigidity and light weight.
The parameters of all kinds of cable bridges are compared.
