碼頭工程電纜橋架
一、海上碼頭電纜橋架的要求
1) 海上建設(shè)的碼頭一般設(shè)計(jì)采用綜合支架 ,為便于在狹小的工作面施工作業(yè) , 選用大跨度( 一般 6 m)電纜橋架。
2) 為適應(yīng)海洋氣候大溫差而引起材料的熱膨脹 , 在訂貨時(shí)要求廠家在每節(jié)橋架兩端連接處和連接板的連接孔都做成長孔 。
3)連接螺栓應(yīng)采用不銹鋼 316L 螺栓 ,目的是耐腐蝕。

4)海上工程復(fù)合環(huán)氧樹脂橋架與支架的固定采用舌型牙板,材質(zhì)應(yīng)為不銹鋼,摒棄傳統(tǒng)的焊接或鉆孔固定連接方式。

5) 橋架與蓋板的固定卡采用頂絲型不銹鋼專用卡扣  。

二、海上碼頭電纜橋架安裝工藝
1)   支架制作: 海上電纜橋架支架一般采用型鋼現(xiàn)場加工 , 常規(guī)的托臂幾乎用不上。
2)支架安裝:  對于鋼引橋, 支架安裝應(yīng)隨橋梁的制作同步進(jìn)行, 一般采用焊接的連接方式。
3)在橋架的直線段每隔 30 m 左右應(yīng)設(shè)置 1 個(gè)不銹鋼的專用伸縮節(jié)一層支架的橫檔暫不能安裝, 在電纜敷設(shè)完后再進(jìn)行封口安裝。
4)當(dāng)電纜橋架安裝完成后 , 針對海上臺風(fēng)多的特點(diǎn), 應(yīng)在橋架與支架處另外安裝抱箍。

2) in order to adapt to the thermal expansion of the large temperature difference in the marine climate, the manufacturer is required to make a growth hole at the junction of each end of each bridge and the connecting hole of the connecting plate at each end of the bridge.

3) the connection bolts should be made of stainless steel 316L bolts with the purpose of corrosion resistance.

4) the construction of composite epoxy resin frame and scaffold is based on tongue shaped dental plate, and the material should be stainless steel, and the traditional welding or drilling fixed connection mode is abandoned.

5) the fixed clamp of bridge and cover plate is made of top wire type stainless steel special fastener.

Two. Installation technology of cable bridge for marine Wharf

1) stent: sea cable bridge bracket generally adopts steel field processing, almost no conventional bracket.

2) bracket installation: for steel approach bridges, the installation of supports should be synchronized with the production of bridges, and the general way of welding is to connect them.

3) in the straight line of the bridge, every 30 m should be set up for 1 stainless steel expansion joints, which can not be installed temporarily. After the cable is finished, the seal is installed.

4) when the cable bridge is installed, according to the characteristics of many typhoons at sea, additional hoop should be installed at the bridge and support.
