節(jié)能型電纜橋架
    電纜橋架作為支撐、保護和管理電纜的定制標準化產(chǎn)品,貫穿于電廠發(fā)電端與用戶終端,除管理規(guī)范線路外,電纜橋梁還有減小電路線損的功能。發(fā)達國家電纜橋架的應用已有 70 多年的歷史,而國內(nèi)市場應用則為 30 年左右,特別是近十幾年迅速普及,被廣泛應用于電力、石化、軌道交通、通訊、冶金和機械制造等行業(yè)。通過對市場電廠、金、石化等用電大戶終端企業(yè)調(diào)研,電能線損大已經(jīng)成為行業(yè)的關(guān)注點。
    節(jié)能電纜橋架的設(shè)計原理:
   (1)通過改變沖壓工藝,電纜橋架底面布滿縱、橫加強筋,每個加強筋底部沖有倒錐形橢圓散熱孔,減少電纜與橋架的接觸面積,增大了橋架
表面散熱面積。橋架底面通風孔面積占底面的10.17%,與電纜接觸面積減少 38%,最大程度提高了電纜橋架自身的散熱功能。 
  (2)電纜橋架橋架側(cè)面科學設(shè)計有 2~3 排散熱通風孔,電纜橋架內(nèi)部的熱氣通過側(cè)面通氣孔快速排出;當風通過底部擴散狀通風孔吹入橋架內(nèi)時,
將直吹風向四周發(fā)散,與橋架兩側(cè)面通風孔形成循環(huán)通風系統(tǒng),使橋架內(nèi)外空氣循環(huán)暢通,熱量快速散發(fā),有效降低電纜溫度,進而減少電纜阻
值上升,達到減少線路損耗的目的。

節(jié)能電纜橋架的特點:
(1)電纜橋架內(nèi)外空氣循環(huán)使熱量散發(fā)迅速,有效降低電纜溫度,減少電纜阻值上升,減少線路損耗。

(2)電纜橋架通過設(shè)計增加加強筋,提高了橋架的承載力,比同料厚產(chǎn)品增加承載力 1.5 倍,在電纜節(jié)能的同時,節(jié)省了材料。

(3)節(jié)約型電纜橋架可延緩電纜絕緣層老化,延長電纜使用壽命,減少用電事故的發(fā)生。

The design principle of energy saving cable bridge:


(1) by changing the stamping process, the bottom of the cable bridge is filled with longitudinal and strong reinforcement, and the bottom of each reinforcement has an inverted conical elliptical hole, which reduces the contact area of the cable and the bridge, and increases the bridge frame.


Surface heat dissipating area. The area of the ventilation hole on the bottom of the bridge deck is 10.17% of the bottom and 38% of the contact area with the cable, which greatly improves the heat dissipation function of the cable tray itself.


(2) the side of the cable bridge frame is scientifically designed with 2~3 exhaust ventilation holes, and the heat gas inside the cable bridge is quickly discharged through the side air hole; when the wind is blown through the bottom diffusion hole into the bridge frame,


The air circulation is diverged from the vertical wind and the ventilation holes on both sides of the bridge form a circulatory ventilation system, which makes the air circulation of the bridge inside and outside the bridge unblocked, the heat is quickly distributed, the cable temperature is effectively reduced, and the cable resistance is reduced.


The purpose of reducing line loss is to increase the value.




Characteristics of energy saving cable bridge:
