水泥廠電纜橋架的布置
電纜橋架的布置是水泥廠電氣設(shè)計(jì)中很重要的一部分,但經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況不相符或布置不合理,電纜橋架路徑不通,橋架寬度不是太窄就是過(guò)寬,橋架層數(shù)不夠或過(guò)多,信號(hào)電纜與電力電纜間距不正確或布置不合理造成信號(hào)干擾,電纜橋架敷設(shè)路徑遭遇障礙物等等情況,不僅影響工期且造成浪費(fèi)。這種現(xiàn)象往往是忽視電纜橋架的寬度計(jì)算及分層布置造成的。電纜橋架要分層布置,水泥廠的電纜一般有兩大類(lèi):控制電纜和動(dòng)力電纜,控制電纜又可細(xì)分為電氣控制電纜和儀表弱電信號(hào)控制電纜,動(dòng)力電纜又細(xì)分為低壓動(dòng)力電纜和高壓動(dòng)力電纜。這4種電纜按規(guī)范盡量分層布置,某種電纜一層放不下則增多層數(shù),電纜橋架的排序按電壓等級(jí)從大到小、自下到上排列。電纜橋架多層置時(shí),其層間距離一般為:控制電纜間不應(yīng)小于0.20 m;電力電纜間不應(yīng)小于0.30 m;弱電電纜與電力電纜間不應(yīng)小于0.50 m;橋架上部距頂棚或其他障礙物不應(yīng)小于0.30 m。某些只有很少設(shè)備的平面,電纜根數(shù)很少,為了節(jié)約成本,低壓動(dòng)力電纜與控制電纜可以共用一個(gè)橋架,但是相互間宜設(shè)置隔板。
為了合理布置,節(jié)省橋架及其他附件的數(shù)量,電纜布置時(shí)應(yīng)該注意以下事項(xiàng):
(1)對(duì)于水泥磨磨房車(chē)間,磨房?jī)?nèi)有自動(dòng)噴水系統(tǒng),油站也有進(jìn)水口,這樣磨房地面就有水的存在??紤]到長(zhǎng)期的電纜維護(hù)方便,我們最好
選用電纜橋架敷設(shè)方式。
(2)橋架布置在車(chē)間內(nèi)應(yīng)盡量借助柱子、墻壁、欄桿等。在兩車(chē)間之間或是空地上,橋架的跨距超過(guò)6 m的情況下,就要建立柱支撐。
(3)橋架從電氣室引到其他工藝平面,要注意上引的位置,上引的位置不要靠近在吊物孔,如果某平面的梁下有電動(dòng)葫蘆,最好不要在電動(dòng)
葫蘆的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡范圍內(nèi),上引的橋架盡量按直線豎直上行。
(4)橋架在最頂層平面穿過(guò)預(yù)留孔到頂層平面的設(shè)備,為了防止雨雪天雨水沿預(yù)留孔灌到橋架電纜內(nèi),預(yù)留孔的堵塞工作一定要做好。在實(shí)
際設(shè)計(jì)中,電纜橋架的布置應(yīng)與土建,工藝及相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)密切配合,以確定最佳的布置,盡量做到選型準(zhǔn)確、布局合理、材料節(jié)省且美觀,便于安裝維護(hù)。

(3) the bridge frame from the electric room to other craft plane, should pay attention to the position of the lead, the position of the top should not be close to the hole in the crane, if there is an electric hoist under the beam of a plane, it is better not in the range of the motion of the electric hoist, the overhead bridge is as straight as straight up in line.
(4) a device that passes through the reserved hole to the top plane in the top level plane. In order to prevent the rain and snow water from filling the bridge cable along the reserved hole, the plugging work of the reserved hole must be done well.
