      電氣安裝工程中，電纜橋架的安裝進(jìn)度對(duì)整個(gè)工程影響最大。激光投線儀是一種新型的光機(jī)電一體化儀器，它采用波長(zhǎng)為635nm的半導(dǎo)體激光器，激光線清晰明亮，適合于較遠(yuǎn)距離的投線定位，發(fā)射器采用專用供電電源，具有強(qiáng)抗干擾性、高穩(wěn)定性、抑制浪涌電流等特點(diǎn)，特別適于惡劣的工作環(huán)境，能有效保證鐳射激光頭的穩(wěn)定性和使用壽命。

      激光投線儀具有重力感應(yīng)功能，通過氣泡調(diào)節(jié)自身水平后可以方便的投射出多條投射線，投射線在室內(nèi)50米范圍清晰可見，對(duì)線時(shí)，慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)投射轉(zhuǎn)盤，待投射線由遠(yuǎn)到近剛好到達(dá)立柱或托臂邊緣時(shí)，擰死鎖定旋鈕，將投射轉(zhuǎn)盤固定。采用激光對(duì)線法可以節(jié)省人工作業(yè)的彈線和掛吊錘等步驟，減少掛吊錘和反復(fù)測(cè)量的時(shí)間。使用激光投線定位取代人工測(cè)量定位后，橋架安裝改進(jìn)工藝流程為：激光投線定位→膨脹螺栓安裝→立柱、托臂安裝→電纜橋架安裝→電纜橋架接地。用激光投線儀定位托臂的位置，首先根據(jù)圖紙確定各層托臂的標(biāo)高，先找準(zhǔn)并固定好每層首尾兩端的托臂（包括中間轉(zhuǎn)彎處）。水平投射線在室內(nèi)50米范圍清晰可見，可以作為定位線由遠(yuǎn)到近安裝托臂，節(jié)省每條立柱劃托臂定位線這一步驟。用激光投線儀逐一確定每條托臂的標(biāo)高，保證橋架的連接板中心線在同一直線上。具體實(shí)施步驟為：

（1）在其中一條立柱上測(cè)量電纜橋架托臂的定位線，調(diào)節(jié)#2激光投線儀的水平投射線高度，使投射的水平線與該定位線高度一致。

（2）托臂對(duì)準(zhǔn)水平投射線臨時(shí)點(diǎn)焊固定，用鐵錘輕敲電纜橋架托臂細(xì)調(diào)其位置，使托臂與水平投射線完全重合，再用水平尺檢查其水平。全部的電纜橋架托臂均確定到達(dá)水平位置后，再用電焊固定。
