金屬電纜橋架安裝

一、施工準備。
One.  Construction preparation.
   確保電纜橋架無棱刺猬、無翹邊、無變形、平面光滑平整，根據(jù)膨脹螺栓的芯釘敲入程度判斷膨脹螺栓的松緊程度。
   To ensure that the cable bridge has no prismatic hedgehog, no warping edge, no deformation, smooth flat plane, according to the degree of the core nail entry of the expansion bolt to judge the tightness of the expansion bolt.
   準備安裝電纜橋架用輔助工具：鉆頭、焊條、調(diào)和漆、焊錫、焊劑。
   Auxiliary tools for installing cable tray: drill bit, welding rod, blending paint, solder and flux.
   準備安裝電纜橋架用的主要工具：鉛筆卷尺用于測量定位、切割機用于切割材料、電鉆用于、鉆孔。
   The main tools for installing the cable tray are: Pencil tape, measuring positioning, cutting machine for cutting materials,electric drill, drilling.
   施工準備：土建結(jié)構(gòu)、預(yù)留全部完成、土建頂棚、墻面噴漿全部完成。

二、操作流程
Two. Operation process
    用彈線定位確定電纜橋架位置，找水平垂直線、先干線后支線、線路中心彈線、分勻檔距標記。
    The location of cable tray is determined by using bullet line location, horizontal vertical line, first trunk line rear branch line, line center elastic line and uniform span mark are found.
    吊架制作：鋼材平直且無顯著扭曲、切割機下料誤差小于五毫米、切開無卷邊光滑無毛刺。
    Hanger fabrication: straight steel and no significant distortion, cutting machine error less than five mm, cut withoutcurl smooth without burrs
    膨脹螺栓操作工藝：電纜橋架規(guī)格為300*100及其以下膨脹螺栓采用8*8，電纜橋架規(guī)格為300*100以上膨脹螺栓用10*8，膨脹螺栓鉆孔直徑的誤差范圍（+0.5，-0.3MM），深度誤差不得超過+3MM,膨脹螺栓固定以后其頭部偏斜小玉2MM.

The expansion bolt of the cable bridgeframe is more than 300*100, and the expansion bolt is 10*8, and the expansion bolt is bored.     吊架安裝：根據(jù)圖紙彈線定位、標出固定的位置、選擇膨脹螺栓鉆頭、打孔并鎖膨脹螺栓，進行橋架吊架安裝。
