電纜橋架的結(jié)構(gòu)要求

昆明電纜橋架地結(jié)構(gòu)要求
一、電纜橋架防護等級
1.無孔托盤地整體防護等級應符合GB-4208-2008中IP30的規(guī)定。
2.耐火電纜橋架防護等級應符合GB-4208-2008中IP44的規(guī)定。
二、電纜橋架材料
1.鋼制電纜橋架及附件所用材料應符合GB/T 700-2006、GB912-2008、GB/T 11253-2007、GB/T3280-2007中的規(guī)定。
2.鋁合金制橋架及附件，其材料都應符合GB/T3880.1-2006和GB/T 6892-2006的規(guī)定。
3.玻璃鋼橋架及附件，其材料應符合GB/T 8237-2005和GB/T 18370-2001及GB/T 18369-2008中的中堿玻璃鋼纖維的規(guī)定。其他非金屬耐火材料制
橋架應符合材料自身標準要求。
4.螺栓、螺母、平墊圈、彈簧墊圈等緊固件，應分別符合GB/T5780-2000、GB/T 6170-2000、GB/T97.1-2002、GB/T93-1987和GB/T12-2013的規(guī)定。
三、耐火橋架中防火層的非金屬耐火材料應符合GB8624-2012中燃燒性能不低于B級的規(guī)定。

Kunming cable bridge structure requirements

1. Cable bridge protection level

1. The overall protection level of the imperforated pallet shall comply with the provisions of IP30 in gb-4208-2008.

2. The protection grade of fire-resistant cable tray shall comply with the provisions of IP44 in gb-4208-2008.

Cable bridge materials

1. Materials used for steel cable Bridges and accessories shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 700-2006, gb912-2008, GB/T 11253-2007 and GB/ t3280-2007.

2. Aluminum alloy bridge frames and accessories, whose materials shall comply with the provisions of GB/ t3880.1-2006 and GB/T 6892-2006.

3. The GFRP bridge frame and its accessories shall be made of materials in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8237-2005 and GB/T 18370-2001 and GB/T 18369-2008. Other non-metallic refractory materials

The bridge shall meet the material itself standard requirements.

4. Fasteners such as bolts, nuts, plain washers and spring washers shall comply with the provisions of GB/ t5780-2000, GB/T 6170-2000, GB/ t97.1-2002, GB/ t93-1987 and GB/ t12-2013 respectively.

Iii. The non-metallic refractory of fire resistant layer in fire resistant bridge frame shall comply with the provisions of gb8624-2012 that the combustion performance shall not be lower than class B.
