昆明電纜橋架一般泛指由昆明廠家生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售、使用、采購(gòu)的電纜橋架以及三通、水平彎、吊桿、橫檔等所有配件的總稱。主要應(yīng)用在水平以及垂直的電纜電線布線。

昆明玻璃鋼電纜橋架因?yàn)槭艿阶陨聿Aт摬馁|(zhì)性能的影響,承載、抗扭、抗拉能錄與鋼制電纜橋架相比有一定的差距,但因?yàn)槠涓吣透奶攸c(diǎn)在化工等行業(yè)的云運(yùn)用非常廣泛,為了提高強(qiáng)度,可以借鑒鋁合金電纜橋架的形式,將四條邊設(shè)計(jì)成空心型材結(jié)構(gòu),并可以內(nèi)襯鋼筋,與原有結(jié)構(gòu)相比,在消耗相同原材料的情況下,得到提高結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、提高抗扭、抗拉能力的目的。

The environmental requirement is that in heavy corrosive environment, glass fiber reinforced plastics or aluminium alloys are generally used as the main material for cable bridge production, while in conventional corrosive environment, steel materials are generally used as the main material for cable bridge production, while steel cable bridge is hot dipped galvanized and hot solid powder static according to the corrosion resistance grade of the bridge. Kunming FRP cable bridge has a certain difference in load-bearing, torsion-resisting and tension-resisting capacity compared with steel cable bridge because of the influence of its own FRP properties.
